Janine completed a Design Craft National Diploma at Bath City College in 2001 and then went on to gain a first class honours degree in ceramics in 2008. Museums provide much of the inspiration for her pieces, with ancient Chinese vessels and English vases being of particular interest. Her cups and flower bricks are inspired by 17th century Delftware and are screenprinted using oxides and a traditional cobalt blue. She works from her studio in Bath

Linda Miller works from the Colour Factory studios in Winchester, Hampshire set up in 1985. She makes one-off machine embroideries using an industrial Bernina 250 sewing machine. Using her distinctive, unique style, she creates rich, colourful, naive and humorous embroideries which contain figures set in the outdoors, always happy, always smiling, and usually depicted within a story.
